Solas An Earraich (Spring Moon Beam) offers a delicate, fragrant aroma with prominent Juniper and crisp citrus flavour with a boost of spice from the coriander and aniseed. On the palate, it is smooth and dry. Made with 12 botanicals including: blood orange, aniseed, fig and vanilla.
Serving suggestions:
Blends wonderfully with ginger ale to create the perfect gin and ginger tonic.
Cocktail suggestions:
Collymoon Gin Mule: two measures of Solas An Earraich, two of pineapple juice (shake together in a cocktail shaker with ice and slices of fresh ginger) decant into a tall glass with ice and top up with ginger ale. Garnish with a slice of ginger and some fresh pineapple.
