RETURNS I have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging. Damages and issues Please inspect your order upon reception and contact me immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that I can evaluate the issue and make it right. Exchanges The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. Refunds I will notify you once I’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Standard UK delivery is free on all orders.

Delivery

Original paintings are normally dispatched within 3–5 working days. Fine-art prints are made to order to avoid unnecessary waste. Unframed prints are normally dispatched within 5–7 working days, while framed prints are normally dispatched within 10–14 working days, as each frame is handmade to order.

Orders are carefully packaged and sent using a tracked delivery service. Once dispatched, you will receive tracking information for your parcel.

Delivery times for commissioned, personalised or bespoke artwork will vary. The expected timescale will be stated in the product description or agreed through the Country Living Marketplace before purchase.

Returns

I hope you will love your artwork. However, if you change your mind, you may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. Please contact me using the “Ask a Question” button before returning anything.

Returned items must be unused, undamaged and in their original packaging. Customers are responsible for return postage and appropriate insurance unless the item is faulty, damaged or incorrect.

Commissioned, personalised or bespoke artwork cannot be returned or refunded unless it arrives faulty or damaged. Standard made-to-order prints that have not been personalised may be returned.
