Cornish art by British contemporary artist Diane Griffiths. A secluded beach just the other side of Trevelgue Head from Porth, accessed via steep steps or at low tide you can walk from Watergate Beach. Due to access it’s typically a quieter beach with Black Humphrey rock standing proud in the centre. In this Cornish painting you can’t see that rock, but you can see the cliffs towards the distinct outline of Trevelgue Head, with a couple walking along the beach. It’s a painting with no surprises in its simplicity and peacefulness. It’s a walk across a beach at low tide.
